When you place an order with us, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions set out below, so do please read this page carefully.

General
Due to most of our items being antique or vintage, please be aware that the finish will not be perfect from piece to piece and the items have a desirable aged and distressed/used look. We ask you to make sure you are satisfied with the condition of an item before you purchase and we are happy to send additional photographs for this reason.

Purchase/Payment
Please email or call if you would like to purchase an item. We will need to take your address and telephone number and the preferred method of payment. Payment can be by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (there is a small percentage clearing charge for payments made through Paypal). If you wish to pay by cheque please allow an additional 7 working days for cheque clearance before we can despatch the goods.

Delivery Information
Delivery costs are not included in the price of our items so we will need to arrange this separately with you. Please call of email to discuss the item you are interested in and we will be happy to give you a quote. Options include pick-up from our workshop in Crowborough or courier for larger, more fragile items. Royal Mail may be possible for smaller items. Courier deliveries: If you accept a delivery date that you subsequently cannot meet, please let us know within 7 days or a re-delivery charge may apply. We cannot take responsibility for damage done to deliveries once they have been collected from our workshop by one of our carriers. We therefore ask you to contact us immediately on receipt of the items if you think they are damaged or faulty in some way.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are delayed due to circumstances that are beyond our control (manufacture and transport strikes, bad weather etc). This is very rare but can happen occasionally and can interfere with delivery schedules.

Returns
Due to the nature and size of our items returns are only accepted where an item is faulty or damaged not due to age and condition of item as many products show the wear and tear of a useful life. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Upholstery
Re-upholstery costs are not included. We are happy to advise on fabric choices or arrange upholstery in a fabric of your choice. Please contact us for a quote. Once a fabric has been chosen and agreed, we ask for a 50% deposit with the remainder being paid on receipt of the finished item.
